“The Chosen Generation” is the youth ministry of Harvest Valley Baptist Church. Our
desire is to help young people know Jesus Christ, grow in the Word of God, build godly
friendships, and learn to live boldly for the Lord.

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people…”
(1 Peter 2:9)

We believe teenagers need more than entertainment. They need truth, encouragement,
fellowship, and a place where they can be challenged to follow Christ. Through Bible
teaching, activities, worship, outreach, and fellowship, we want to help young people
grow into faithful servants of the Lord.

What to Expect
At The Chosen Generation, teens will find biblical teaching from the King James Bible,
fun activities, caring leaders, and opportunities to build friendships with other young
people. Whether your teens have grown up in church or is visiting for the first time, we
want them to feel welcomed and encouraged.

Youth Activities
Throughout the year, our youth participate in activities such as hikes, devotion nights,
youth rallies, outdoor games, service projects, and special fellowship events. For off-site
activities, parents will receive details about transportation, meeting times, return times,
permission slips, and anything teens need to bring.

Our Greatest Message
More than anything, we want every young person to know Jesus Christ as their
personal Saviour.
