Our Pastor

Pastor Mike & Robin Mullineaux

After a trip to West Jordan, Utah, in November 2001, I felt a deep burden for the people of Utah and the Intermountain West. In February 2002, I returned with my daughter for the Winter Olympics Gospel Outreach, where the Lord confirmed His calling for me to leave my telecommunications career and enter full-time ministry at the age of 38.

In June 2002, my wife Robin and I returned to Utah to survey the state. After several days exploring both southern and northern Utah, we felt led by the Lord to plant a church in the Salt Lake Valley. Just a few months later, in November 2002, we settled in Riverton City, Utah, and by January 2003, we planted Harvest Valley Baptist Church as a mission of our sending church, Jefferson Baptist Church.

Since our inaugural Bible study in our apartment complex in 2003, we have witnessed the Lord’s hand in transforming lives. We’ve seen souls saved, baptized, and added to His church. Beyond Utah, God has graciously allowed our church to participate in global missions, spreading the Gospel worldwide.
